2 Dream Athletic Development Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides young athletes with the tools, training, and guidance they need to excel by focusing on skill-building, teamwork, and character development, we create an environment where kids can grow as athletes and individuals.

Damon Marrero is a former athlete, dedicated father of two boys, and the visionary founder of 2 Dream Athletic Development Inc. With a deep passion for youth, sports, and community impact, Damon has devoted his career to mentoring and developing young athletes. 

Curtis Johnson is the Development Director at 2 Dream Athletic Development Inc., where he leverages his experience as a former three-sport athlete to inspire and empower youth through sports. A devoted husband, father, and coach. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to athletic and personal development.
